- Rated 4 out of 5by Bruno, a year agoCould be 5 stars if it worked 100% of the time, sometimes it just vanishes, out of nowhere, but when it comes back it's wonderful, try it.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 18784921, a year agoEverything is cool, just a shame that support for this browser extension has ended (at least that's how I see it 😐). At least, I hope it will be continue. Because without this extension, browsing YouTube is slow and boring.

Developer Says;
Extension v2.0.* randomly working in background tabs?! Controls not visible on page load?!
I know... No need to report these issues again and again, I have never been able to reproduce them...
The only way to fix them was to rewrite everything from scratch to create the version 3.0, and after months of hard work it is now available for Chrome and Edge so install it on those browsers because the version 3 will only be available for Firefox if Mozilla changes its review process because after more than 12 years publishing my extension on AMO there are things that I don't accept anymore! - Rated 4 out of 5by CoryMahler, 2 years agoIt's great, but for some reason it doesn't always load anymore. I have to hard-refresh a couple times before it works again (i'm watching for the control buttons). when it does load correctly, it's great.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Joseph Berger, 2 years agoI've had the extension for some time now and just getting around to really playing with it. Seems to work very well for some of its features but for others I can't seem to get them to work, meaning if for example there is a keyboard shortcut to have YouTube do XYZ when I use that shortcut nothing happens. This is not for just one feature either nor is it a dead key on my keyboard. Another weird thing is it will often just "turn itself off" meaning out of no where and for no reason I can find the control bar will just disappear from Firefox around the YouTube player window. Then I will have to click around turning it on and off, enabling and disabling the extension even uninstalling it then reinstalling it (having the export of the settings as a backup makes this a lot less annoying after the first couple of times once I realized there was a backup and doing that would make this troubleshooting step hell of a lot less annoying.) Anyways - overall it has some awesome settings and features especially the quick list of shortcuts which makes life so much easier.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 18712767, 2 years agowas really solid. last update messed up how the playback speed persists from video to video in a queue, now it resets to 1x every time unless setting it explicitly in this extension.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Gwen Æther, 2 years agoThe extension works, but the control bar beneath the video doesn't load. I know that it's working because when I hold ctrl+scroll it changes the video speed, but I can't see the value being changed. There is also the recent conflict with SponsorBlock, it's like 30/70% on weather or not sponsor block actually works. At least the sponsor segment is still highlighted in the timeline so skipping past it manually is easy.
Another thing, in the past when I'd set the video speed, usually to 2.5x or 3x, it would persist between videos in the same tab, but now it resets every single video which is rather annoying. - Rated 4 out of 5by marijn211, 2 years agoNow seems to conflict with sponsorblock, speed slider no longer works
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 18689646, 2 years agoIn version 2.0.128 "video codecs and formats" stopped working.
- Rated 4 out of 5by DaveC, 2 years agoAmazing and extremely useful add-on which truly enhances YouTube. However since the latest update Enhancer often won't show up and boost the volume. Please fix this.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 16872392, 2 years agoIn the latest version the speed auto-setting started to work strangely. Previously it was enough to set 1x again in playlists and before restarting the browser all playlist videos would have 1x speed. Now, when loading each new video from playlist, the speed is set from the default settings, which is inconvenient: you have to open the settings and reset the values in order to listen to a playlist of music.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Tyrone, 2 years agoThe only reason I won't make this a 5, because the "reverse order" button no longer appears on the player even despite me enabling it. If this issue is fixed or troubleshooted, I'll rank it 5 stars.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14243932, 2 years agoHey admin, YouTube has put 'Save' button (Watch Later) below those three columns (•••), I wish that button to be as a standalone next to Thumbs Up/Down, please - then it's 5/5.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Nyll, 2 years agothis extension is truly amazing for what it does but the most annoying thing about it is the pop-up player that shows up when scrolling, when on fullscreen the scrolling doesn't activate the mini player at all.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 18111717, 2 years agoI wouldn't want to use YouTube without this extension again, but it's so frustrating that around once a day, parts of it will just stop working. The only way I've found to fix this is to clear cookies both YouTube & Google, and sign in again. This fixes it for another day.
