ResumeQuick Vacancy Analyzer — Privacy

What it accesses: On LinkedIn job pages (linkedin.com/jobs/*), the extension reads the job posting text only when you click Analyze or paste it manually. It does not read your browsing history, other tabs, or passwords.

What is sent: The job description and your chosen language are sent over HTTPS to the ResumeQuick API (api.resumequick.app) to produce the match analysis and optional cover letter, using the resume on your ResumeQuick account.

API key: Your personal ResumeQuick API key is stored locally in the browser and sent only as an authorization header to the ResumeQuick API. It is never displayed again and is removed when you uninstall the extension.

Analytics: Anonymous, aggregate usage events (e.g. analyze_started/completed) help improve the product. They never include the job text, your resume, or your API key.

Not collected: We do not collect personally identifying information from web pages, we do not track general browsing, and we do not sell data.
