I was having difficulty with some downloads not playing properly, turns out it was a codec problem that Dishita showed me how to fix from within the application. If a download fails or won't play properly, try the download again but this time change the video codec (there's a drop-down) to vp09.xx (not vp9). I didn't realize it, but you can change the codec from the "video codec" drop-down. It's very simple.
It's impossible to tell if you need to change to codec before the download is finished. The only way I can tell is that the downloaded video simply doesn't play. So try the default codec first, and if it doesn't play, download it again with a different codec. Remember that the "vp9" codec (if it's in the dropdown) does NOT work, and only the vp09.xx codec does. vp09.xx was the one that worked for all my problem videos.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Crimson Øverlord, 10 hours agoWorked great until I reached my "free high‑quality trial". After that, I had to download low quality videos. It's good if you only need it for a few dozen or less videos but exceed 50 HQ downloads and it's as useful as a fart in the wind.

Debería informar ANTES de descargar que NO es posible descargar videos de mas de 5GB, y que para eso necesitas enviar un email para solicitar OTRO software. Después de 20 minutos intentando descargar un video en Full-HD de 8GB aparece este mensaje de error.

- witziger fand es vor zeiten mit dem "kummerkasten" oder "beschwerdebox". niemand nicht extrem gelangweilt wartend im kkh kreissaal wartebereich hätte nach erfolgreicher anmeldung UND ablieferung der gebähr-willigen, seine angemessene bewunderung zur grundfunktion ausgerechnet im kummerkasten versenkt! der war für rotztücher und kaugummipapier...ohne sternchen,häkchen cookiefallen usw..
oh obwohl! muss direkt meiner mum ein anerkennend dank&gruß senden - ob des FANTASTISCHEN wurfs und nach angemessener testphase!! fast 50jahre..naja, is auch tot nu der briefkasten...
