Fixed
Protection no longer breaks pages on strict-CSP sites like YouTube (buttons/menus work again); it now loads via a CSP-exempt packaged script instead of an inline one.

- Rated 3 out of 5by mickaphd, 8 days agoNice concept, but it doesn't seem to work in my hands. I tried many tests, and except for the screen size, canvas hashes and others are never changed or updated when updating/refreshing the tabs. I will definitely update this review if I'm wrong or if the addon is fixed.

Please update to v2.1.2
Canvas protection actually works now. The protection was loading a moment too late, so a page could read the canvas before the noise was applied - the canvas hash never changed on refresh (only screen size looked spoofed). The protection now loads before any page code runs, so canvas, audio, WebRTC and client-rects all take effect. Verified on CreepJS: Canvas and Audio change on every reload.
kind regards Digital Fracture. - Rated 3 out of 5by ailux, a month agofor me, even with all protections disabled, this extension breaks youtube's account button in the upper right corner. i have to manually disable Fingerprint Defender in the Firefox extension management screen.
