Worked for several months then suddenly the secondary subtitles don't populate so it no longer works. Deleted, reloaded, rebooted, tried everything I can think of. Any ideas?

I've been restarting Netflix and my browser for about 30 minutes now as of writing this review and it isn't letting me use the secondary subtitles. I'm on the newest version of Windows 10 and the current newest version of Firefox

Very nice, I like the shortcuts but sad that we can't add a background for the subtitles.
