by MOMIZI, a year ago突然VPNが切断されて"認証エラー"または"サブスクリプション切れ"と表示される事がある。大抵は再接続で治るものの、稀に拡張機能を無効から有効にしなければならなかったり（Brave Browser）、果ては再ログインをしないと解消しないことがある（今日のFirefox）。過去にNordを使っていた時はアドオンの再インストールまでしなければならなかったことに比べればマシではあるが、もう少し安定性を高めてほしい。
Sometimes the VPN suddenly disconnects, displaying "authentication error" or "subscription expired." Usually, it can be fixed by reconnecting, but occasionally I have to enable the extension (in Brave Browser) or, in some cases, I need to log in again to resolve the issue (like today with Firefox). In the past, when I used Nord, I even had to reinstall the add-on, so this is an improvement, but I would like to see a bit more stability.

Considering I've had bad experiences with other VPNs, I highly recommend SurfShark to everyone. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18294737, 2 months agoMy measure of the effectiveness of Surfshark is how full my bypass list becomes. Sites that effectively have determined that a VPN is in effect. My bypass list is FULL - I would add more if the list allowed it. Nowadays the sites that reject the VPN connection simply do not load until I turn the VPN off (~50%) or add to the bypass list.

Some websites actively block VPN IP addresses, and switching to a different server in the Surfshark app or extension can often help reduce how many sites need to be added to Bypasser. We’d also like to look into why so many pages are failing to load for you, as that’s not the experience we want you to have.
