This extension "was" awesome. It worked really great and I used it daily to download my favorite videos. However after the last updates or so... it starts behaving weird. I figured that the extension wants you to pay. I know that the developer needs money somehow, but I can't accept it when you turn a free extension into paid without telling anyone! Talk abut enshittification. I am now still using this extension but I uninstalled the recent version, replaced it with the older version and turned automatic updates. It worked well as expected and I could still enjoy it for free.

Disruptive user experience. The extension automatically spawns active tabs with changelogs after background updates, interrupting video playback and work. Uninstalled.

Nothing works after latest update, all Yt videos showing complete but are only a few seconds long , even 25s reels broken. So annoying! Is this the way to force premium???

Wow! Now I found out why. Greedy b! Pay wall after update without even mentioning it in the changelog! No respect to user at all. DELETED!

This is 10th level garbage, it has not downloaded a single video on youtube because it can't detect any. In the past, a LONG time ago, it worked. Now is a flaming bag of detritus - DO NOT GET THIS...use Claude to make your own.

Download functionality - Works well, very well. Best out there for all the sites I go to. BOOBTUBE broke the 9.xxx versions (w/OG UI) functionality for many videos so I had to upgrade to this crappy version. That said I reg'd just to comment on the absolute crap UI in the latest version. Loose the script-kiddy BS, return to the OG UI, at least as an option. There is no functional re-name and save as/save to like previous version, no means to designated specific DL folder for VDH DLs. I always put my VDH DL's in a specified VDH folder, all other DL's go to the FireFox specified one. BTW some people do not have Z-LLINEAL vision so the Windoze/Idiot phone compliant UI is hard to see on my REAL COMPUTER with A REAL MONITOR, KEYBOARD and MOUSE.
Please stop socking Windoze, Android and Apple's clocks and return to previous UI that allows users to edit filename, and specify where to save the named file.
